Easy 7-Day Returns
We want you to feel completely confident when you shop at Gurukul Ashram. If something is not right with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Products that arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
- Unused products in their original packaging with all certificates, threads and accessories intact.
What cannot be returned
- Products that have been worn, energised on your name (personalised puja/abhishek), or altered (e.g. ring resizing, mala restringing).
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
How to start a return
- Reach us through the Contact Us page with your order number and photos of the product.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address within 24–48 hours.
- Ship the product back to us — once it passes inspection, your refund or replacement is processed.
