• Free shipping on all orders of ₹499 or more.
• Orders below ₹499 carry a small delivery fee shown at checkout before you pay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most of India.

Dispatch & delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Energised / personalised items (puja on your name) may need 1–2 extra days for the ritual before dispatch.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive the tracking details on your email/phone. You can also see order status anytime in your account.

Packaging

Gemstones, rudraksha and murtis are fragile and sacred — every order is packed in protective, respectful packaging along with its certificates.
